Week 7 Preview
This post is heavy on Acho Endzone content. Despite being 2-4-0, Manager of Acho Endzone (MoAE) is really trying. Is it pride? Is it fear of inadequacy? Are they hiding something? What are they hiding? What are they afraid of? Not the waiver wire. No no no. Not the trade block. No no no. Not texting me dumb trade ideas. No no no. Maybe MoAE simply fears not trying hard enough, or being caught giving less than their absolute best. Maybe that's it.
Walking the Wire

Huge wire this week. Love to see it.
Moves that caught my eye:
- #MNF picked up Emeka Egbuka, WR, after consecutive 14-point weeks. T.J. Hockenson, TE, was dropped due to his bye (immediately after being picked up on waivers), and will be a hot commodity on the next wire.
- Charbonnet, RB, is practicing this week and got picked up by Acho Endzone. I don't think Charbonnet has been accused of domestic violence, so I'm surprised Manager of Acho Endzone had interest.
- MoAE also scooped and stashed James Conner in its IR slot. That'll help.
- Another Acho Endzone move: picked up Kyler Murray and dropped Jacoby Brissett
- Commish picked up Kenny Gainwell, RB, in the most marginal of moves.
Trade Train

MoAE is turning over the entire roster. Curious.
Trade 1
Rawdawgs receives:
- Chase Brown, RB, Cincinnati
- Jalen Coker, WR, Carolina
- Quinshon Judkins1, RB, Cleveland
Acho Endzone receives:
- Drake London, WR, Atlanta
- Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jacksonville
I have this one as a win-win and a good trade. Rawdawgs has Maye and can stream comfortably during the Week 11 Bye and picks up a legitimate RB2 in Chase Brown with Jeremiyah Love (RB, Arizona) Questionable. I do not think London will bear too much fruit for Acho Endzone, but getting quarterback stability in the form of Lawrence for the rest of the season made this worthwhile.
Trade 2
Crouching Tiger receives:
- Travis Kelce, TE, Kansas City
- Tony Pollard, RB, Tennessee
Acho Endzone receives:
- Isaiah Likely, TE, NY Giants
This trade tilts toward Crouching Tiger's favor, but not by much. Pollard edges in as the new RB2 and Kelce is a good flex option going forward with Bowers holding down the primary tight end spot. Shoring up two spots in exchange for Isaiah Likely, whose QB situation is not necessarily solid2, seems like surprisingly good business. Though I'm sure Acho Endzone proposed this one.
Josh Allen Memorial Award for Highest Projected Points
Josh Allen has a bye week this week. Rest up, King.
Non-Josh Allen Division

Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, The Fast and the Jahmyrious
22.63 points, vs. the Green Bay Packers
This should be a litmus test for Gibbs and his Lions. Will they have a shot at the top of the NFC North, or is mediocrity on the table? Either way, Gibbs is going to score some points.
Lowest Projected Starter of the Week
QB, WR, RB, TE only

Dameon Pierce, RB, Weekend Jail
5.11 points vs Dallas
It looks like he may be superseded once more by Saquon Barkley, so this might be a pointless pick. Aside from all the unset lineups as of now, there are no egregiously low projections out there.
Weekend Jail could use a pick me up. Will a healthy Saquon be that boost, or could a backup in Dameon Pierce give some hope?
Game of the Week
Acho Endzone vs .08 Over Par
Projected: 114.85 to 110.37, 225.22 combined
A 2-4 vs 1-5 matchup is the game of the week? Yes, it is! Aside from the close projected score, Acho Endzone has churned a large chunk of its roster and this is the first week to see if it can turn things around. If it wins, a 3-4 record with a softening top of the standings can make you a believer. With a loss, 2-5 might mean it's time to hang 'em up. And for .08 Over Par, it's a chance to win and demonstrate the determination of the human spirit.
Snoozefest of the Week
#MNF vs Weekend Jail
Projected: 116.25 to 89.13, 205.38 combined
Other matchups have bigger spreads, but these two have mostly set their lineup and I don't think it'll be close.
Commish's Picks

captured during the Thursday Night Game
- Crouching Tiger remembers to set its lineup and upsets Suphian's Revenge. James Cook III's bye week leaves an RB-sized hole for which there is no Revenge.
- Rawdawgs gets a strong week from Maye, and The Fast and the Jahmyrious gets a stinker from Shough.
- #MNF rides a huge Jordan Love game against the terrible Lions secondary to victory over Weekend Jail.
- Acho Endzone's many roster moves are all for naught, and .08 Over Par gets a huge win. The people cheer!
- Swerski's Super Fans beats Commish and 🚨👆👉👇🚨. Kenneth Walker III is the difference in this one.
On the season: 17-13
If MoAE makes the playoffs, I'll scream.
